Step by step
- Open My Bookings, then the booking.
- Move it to another free time, or cancel it, until it starts.
- Message the venue in the chat on the same page.
- Add it to your calendar, or to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet where offered.

- You can get a reminder before your visit, in the app, by email or in Telegram.
