Terms of Service

Ligabaw lets guests book tables, rooms and appointments with independent businesses. When you book, your arrangement is with that business — it provides the service and sets its own policies, such as how late you can cancel. Ligabaw provides the booking system in between.

Ligabaw is currently free for both guests and businesses. We don't charge anything or take payments.

• Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Business accounts must be opened by someone allowed to act for that business. We review businesses before they appear to guests, and may decline or suspend them.

• Only book what you intend to use, and cancel if your plans change.
• Businesses can mark a booking as a no-show when a guest doesn't arrive.
• A business can confirm, change or cancel a booking. Questions about the visit itself are for the business.

• Make fake or spam bookings, or impersonate someone else.
• Post reviews or messages that are dishonest, abusive, or unlawful.
• Try to break into accounts, overload the service, or copy its data in bulk.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Reviews, messages and business listings stay yours. You let us show them on Ligabaw so the platform works — for example, displaying your review on a business's page.

We work to keep Ligabaw running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we can't guarantee a business will provide the service you booked. We may change or retire features.

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Ligabaw at any time, and delete your account from your account page. Deleting it can't be undone. If you have questions about it, write to contact@ligabaw.com.

If these terms change, we'll update this page and its date before the change applies.
