Step by step
- If a deposit is needed, you pay it on Ligabaw Pay, our secure payment page — mobile money (Telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa), a card, or a bank transfer with a photo of the receipt.
- The venue's refund rules are shown before you pay. The deposit counts once the payment is confirmed; a bank-transfer receipt is checked by our payments team, usually the same working day.
- Cancel in time and it's refunded the way you paid.
