Step by step
- Open My Bookings and choose Review on a completed visit (or on a collected order).
- Give stars and, if you like, a few words. You can also rate the dishes you ordered.
- Rate the stylist, therapist or server who looked after you — those stars go to them personally and aren't shown with your review.
Good to know
- Reviews can be left for 60 days after a visit, once per visit, and only by real customers — never by the business's own team. That's what the “Verified visit” badge means.
- Your review shows your first name and initial.
